How To Order

If a Measure & Quote or Check Measure has not been undertaken by one of our consultants, please read our Measurement Guide page before placing an order.

You can place an order by any of the following ways:
 

   Telephone
Call our office on (02) 9556 1728, between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am to 1pm. Our friendly staff will be happy to help you place an order over the phone, going through it step by step ensuring all necessary details are taken from the beginning.
 
  Facsimile
Fax us on (02) 9597 7177 the dimensions of your windows, type of blind required, slat size (if applicable), colour and finish, and your name and contact telephone numbers. A staff member from Dial a Blind will contact you to confirm and go through any other details which may be required to commence the order.
 
   Email
Email us at sales@dialablind.com the dimensions of your windows, type of blind required, slat size (if applicable), colour and finish, and your name and contact telephone numbers. A staff member from Dial a Blind will contact you either by return email or telephone, to confirm and go through any other details which may be required to commence the order.
 
   Post
You can also place your order by posting it to Factory 21, 365 West Botany St, Rockdale NSW 2216. Please include the window dimensions, type of blind required, slat size (if applicable), colour and finish, along with your name and contact telephone numbers. A staff member from Dial a Blind will contact you by telephone to confirm, and go through any other details which may be required to commence the order.
 
   In Person
Our showroom is located at Unit 21 - 365 West Botany St, Rockdale. It is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am to 1pm. We are located in The Rockdale Centre factory complex, which is very close to the corner of Bay St. There is plenty of parking in the complex.
 
  Payment Terms
A 40% deposit is required to commence your order, and the balance paid on completion.

We accept cash, cheque and most major credit cards including Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard and American Express (3% surcharge). Direct deposit is also available upon request.
